摘要
为实现高渗透率分布式电源的有效消纳和高效利用,提出考虑电量外送的多电压等级电网中分布式电源的优化配置方法。基于不同类型分布式电源和负荷的时序特性分析,提出双电压等级耦合网络模型以及就地消纳和外送电量的处理方法,在此基础上提出了基于多场景分析的分布式电源优化配置多目标优化方法。最后,通过对IEEE33节点系统和IEEE30节点系统所模拟的双电压等级耦合网络的算例仿真,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。仿真结果表明,所提方法能有效提高系统经济性和分布式电源的消纳水平。
In order to achieve the efficient consumption and utilization of distributed generation of high penetration, an optimal placement method of distributed generations considering power export in multi-voltage level grid is proposed. In this paper, the temporal characteristics of different types of DGs and load are analyzed firstly, then the dual network coupling model as well as the method of power export is proposed. On this basis, the multi-objective model of DG optimal allocation based on the typical scenarios analysis is established. Finally, the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated via the IEEE 33-bus test system and IEEE30-bus test system. And the result shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the economy of the system and the consumption of distributed generation.
