摘要
高校协同创新作为高校、企业、科研机构等创新主体之间相互协同、合作的新型创新组织,其本质上是“人力资源”的协同。高校协同创新要想取得突破,首先必须着力于人力资源管理机制的创新,通过在人才管理理念、人才招聘与配置、人才考核与激励、人才流动及退出等方面进行体制机制的改革,从而更好地推动并促进高校协同创新的发展。
As an organization of collaborative innovation among innovation subjects such as universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions,collaborative innovation in colleges is essentially the collaborative innovation of"human resources".Therefore,collaborative innovation in colleges should focus on the improvement and innovation of human resource management mechanism,such as the concept of talent management,talent recruitment and allocation,talent assessment and incentive,talent flow and withdrawal,etc.,so as to better promote the development of collaborative innovation in colleges.
