摘要
调研表明,宜宾的健身房处于起步阶段,设施较简陋,经营也存在种种不足。笔者分析提出了一系列策略,如制定稳定合理的价格体系、提供优秀多样的产品和高质量的服务、合理采用宣传渠道、运用多种促销方法,注重客户体验等策略进行改进。笔者相信健身房运用本文策略,将会有很大的发展空间,促进地方的经济发展。
The research shows that Yibin's gym is in its infancy,the facilities are relatively simple,and there are various shortcomings in the operation.The author proposes a series of strategies,such as developing a stable and reasonable price system,providing excellent and diverse products and high-quality services,rationally adopting promotional channels,using a variety of promotional methods,and focusing on customer experience and other strategies for improvement.The author believes that the gym will have a lot of room for development and promote local economic development by use of this strategy.
