摘要
随着我国房地产行业的不断发展,工程量清单计价模式也已日趋成熟。笔者现结合工作中的实际情况,对房地产企业在工程量清单计价模式下的常见问题与处理策略谈一些个人的观点,希望能为清单编制、成本控制提供一定的参考。
With the continuous development of China's real estate industry,the pricing model of Bill of Quantities has become increasingly mature.Combined with the actual situation in the work,the author proposes some personal opinions on the common problems and treatment strategies of real estate enterprises under the Bill of Quantities pricing model.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for inventory preparation and cost control.
