The Research on DB Contractor Prequalification Evaluation Model Considering Individual Decision Making Concentration

DB承包商资格预审具有明显的群体决策特点,如何解决群体决策过程中的一致性问题,是DB承包商资格预审过程中必须考虑的问题。本文综合运用熵权法和社会网络结构分析提出了一种考虑个体决策集中度的多属性群决策评价模型。该模型通过决策矩阵客观地确定决策者权重及指标权重,具有一定的自组织、自适应特性,对于解决DB承包商资格预审中的群体决策一致性问题具有一定借鉴意义。

The prequalification of DB contractor has obvious characteristics of group decision making.How to solve the problem of group decision making consistency is a problem that must be considered in DB contractor prequalification.Based on entropy weight method,social network structure analysis and fuzzy mathematics and so on,a multi-attribute group decision making evaluation model was put forward considering individual decision-making concentration.The decision-makers weight and index weight were determined objectively through the decision matrix,and the model has a certain self-organization and self-adaptive characteristics.It is helpful to solve the consistency problem of group decision making in DB contractors prequalification.
