随着国家经济的快速发展,社会建设的不断推进,人们开始越来越重视PPP模式建设项目中招投标易于出现的问题。我国的招标机制目前来说还需要时间去完善,国家还没有出台明确的招投标法规,没有办法客观对项目的ppp模式作出评价,致使PPP模式的项目建设标准无法得到满足。本篇文章就针对ppp模式的建设项目招投标中存在的问题进行了简单的分析与探讨,为招投标工作的顺利开展提供了保障。

With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous advancement of social construction,people begin to pay more and more attention to the problems that are easy to appear in the bidding of PPP mode construction projects.At present,China's bidding mechanism still needs time to be improved.The country has not issued clear bidding laws and regulations,and there is no way to objectively evaluate the PPP model of projects,so the project construction standard of PPP model cannot be met.This paper makes a simple analysis and discussion on the problems existing in the bidding of PPP construction projects,which provides a guarantee for the smooth development of the bidding work.
