摘要
高新技术企业人力资本投资对于企业的生存和发展起着重要的作用。鉴于人力资本投资是一个复杂的动态过程,文章运用系统动力学原理和方法,建立中小型高新技术企业人力资本投资的系统动力学模型,结果发现中小型高新技术企业发展缓慢且人力资本投资过程中科研人员数量和技术人员数量均呈现先下降后缓慢上升的发展状态。针对模拟结果提出了高新技术企业人力资本投资策略,旨在为高新技术企业人力资本投资提供参考。
Human capital investment in high-tech enterprises plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.In view of the fact that human capital investment is a complex dynamic process,the article establishes a system dynamics model of human capital investment in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises by using the principles and methods of system dynamics.It is found that small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are developing slowly and both the number of scientific researchers and the number of technicians showed a state of decline and then slowly rising in the process of human capital investment.According to the simulation results,the article puts forward the human capital investment strategy of high-tech enterprises,aiming to provide reference for human capital investment of high-tech enterprises.
