摘要
由于传统的风险分析方法较多都存在主观性,为了提高装配式建筑施工的风险管理,本文以职业健康、安全与环境(HSE)3方面入手构建风险清单,接着采用项目分解结构—风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)和层次分析法(AHP)构建评价模型,以武汉美好长江首玺项目为实例,通过计算风险度确定风险等级。结果表明:用此模型求得的主体工程(PC结构吊装和现浇)的风险度为155.2,处于中等风险,其中高空坠物、运输、临边操作不当、恶劣天气、构件运输环境等5个因素是最主要的影响因素;评价结果与工程实际基本吻合。
Because traditional risk analysis methods are subjective,in order to improve the risk management of prefabricated building construction,this paper builds a risk list based on occupational health,safety and environment(HSE),and then adopts project decomposition structure-risk decomposition structure.(WBS-RBS)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are used to construct the evaluation model.Taking the Wuhan Yangtze River First Project as an example,the risk level is determined by calculating the risk.The results show that the risk of the main project(PC structure hoisting and cast-in-place)obtained by this model is 155.2,which is at medium risk,including 5 falling objects,transportation,improper operation,bad weather,and component transportation environment.The factors are the most important factors;the evaluation results are basically consistent with the engineering practice.
