Application Status and Development of Telemedicine System

远程医疗是指医学专家通过利用通信技术及计算机网络技术等实现远距离医学教育、医学诊断、治疗以及信息管理等内容。远程医疗应用前景广阔,比如远程监护、咨询、诊治及手术等。我国开展远程医疗的基础及应用研究起步较晚,但是发展速度迅速,特别是第五代移动通信系统5G的加速应用,进一步推动远程医疗的加速发展。

Telemedicine refers to the use of communication technology and computer network technology to achieve long-distance medical education,medical diagnosis,treatment,and information management.Telemedicine applications have broad prospects,such as long-distance monitoring,counseling,diagnosis,and surgery.The basic and applied research on telemedicine in China started late,but the development speed is rapid,especially the accelerated application of the new mobile communication system 5G,which further promotes the accelerated development of telemedicine.
