摘要
据调查,大部分燃煤厂供热机组运行效率偏低,除尘器超负荷工作,不仅浪费了大量资源,而且还加大了大气污染。为了改进燃煤供热方案,本文通过对比多种供热改造技术,合理选取改造技术,并拟定改造方案,旨在为燃煤供热改造研究提供参考依据。实践应用结果表明,本文选取的背压小汽轮机供热改造技术创造的改造方案,可以有效提高煤资源利用率,降低热耗率,减少空气污染。
According to the survey,most coal-fired power plants have low operating efficiency,and the dust collectors are overloaded,which not only wastes a lot of resources,but also increases air pollution.In order to improve the coal-fired heating scheme,this paper compares various heating reform technologies,rationally selects the transformation technology,and formulates the transformation plan,aiming to provide reference for the research of coal-fired heating reform.The practical application results show that the retrofit scheme created by the back pressure small steam turbine heating reform technology can effectively improve the coal resource utilization rate,reduce the heat consumption rate and reduce air pollution.
