摘要
在硬质倾填石及基岩表面参差不平地层施工咬合桩时,常规套管钻机穿透填石层困难,且难以切削硬质基岩,荤桩入岩成孔时极易出现相邻素桩“管涌”,故常规全套筒跟进“湿咬”咬合桩难以实施。通过对深圳地铁6号线翰林站基坑防护咬合桩进行技术研究及科研创新,提出了硬质填石地层嵌岩咬合桩“干咬”成桩法,并研究、总结了施工中的各项参数、方法及关键技术,为以后类似工程施工提供依据和参考。
Conventional casing drilling rigs are difficult to penetrate the rockfill layer and difficult to cut hard bedrock when constructing bite piles on hard tilting rock and bedrock surface unevenness.When the piles are inserted into the rock to form hole,the adjacent plain piles are"pipebed",so the conventional full sleeve follow-up"wet bite"bite pile is difficult to implement.Through the technical research and scientific innovation on the foundation pit protection pile of Hanlin Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 6,the"dry bite"pile method of rock-embedded pile in hard rock-filled stratum is proposed,and the parameters,methods and key technologies in the construction are studied and summarized,which provide basis and reference for similar engineering construction.
