核电设计变更影响评估流程研究与实践

Research and Practice on Impact Assessment Process of Nuclear Power Design Change

本文依据核电监管相关法规和标准的要求,对现有核电工程设计变更管理现状进行分析,提出了一套基于影响评估流程的设计变更管理方法。从主要目的、评估对象、流程做法等方面对该流程进行详细介绍,并且结合该流程在某三代核电设计项目的应用实践,总结应用意义、提出实施建议,为后续核电设计项目的设计变更管理提供一定的参考。

Based on the requirements of relevant regulations and standards for nuclear power regulation,this paper analyzes the current status of design change management of nuclear power engineering and proposes a design change management method based on impact assessment process.This process introduces this process in detail from the main purpose,evaluation object,process practice,etc.,and combined with the application practice of this process in a three-generation nuclear power design project,summarizes the application significance,puts forward implementation suggestions,and provides certain reference for design change management for subsequent nuclear power design projects.
