摘要 传统的电力线路走廊缺陷检测系统,检测耗时长,准确率低。为了解决上述问题,设计了一种新的电力线路走廊缺陷检测系统,在该系统中引入了无人机影像,给出了系统硬件总结构,并针对检测器、传输器和显示器进行重点设计,检测器采用光学检测器,传输器选用型号为UIDAS560的芯片作为传输芯片,采用磷光体系材料设计显示器。软件由电力线路内部数据点分类、电力线路内部缺陷检测、缺陷分析3部分组成。为检测系统工作效果,与传统系统进行实验对比,结果表明,所给出的系统能够在短时间内精准地检测到电力线路走廊缺陷,大大节省了人工劳动力,降低工作成本,具有很高的推行价值。 Traditional power line corridor defect detection system takes a long time and has a low accuracy. In order to solve the above problems,a new defect detection system for power line corridor is designed. The UAV image is introduced into the system,and the hardware summary structure of the system is given. The detector,transmitter and display are mainly designed. The detector adopts optical detector,and the transmitter adopts the chip of UIDAS560. As a transmission chip,phosphorescent material is used to design the display. The software consists of three parts: data point classification, defect detection and defect analysis. In order to test the working effect of the system,the experimental comparison with the traditional system shows that the proposed system can accurately detect the defects of the power line corridor in a short time,greatly saving the labor force,reducing the cost of work,and has high implementation value.
