摘要
以往隔离开关采用封闭式组合设计方式,缺少了零件创造过程,导致隔离开关控制效果较差,针对该问题,提出了基于单目增强现实的隔离开关模型设计。分析隔离开关零部件结构,通过子部件中的项目编辑器进行项目参数设置,将所有文件都存放到一个子目录之中,并对隔离开关文件进行命名,维护整套文件的正常链接。采用单目增强现实技术对零件创建过程中所产生的噪音进行滤波处理,并对零件母线夹参数化进行分析,根据母线夹自行修改所需参数名称,添加新数据,完成新零件创建。在单目增强现实技术下,分析设备的逻辑节点,使开关控制器与间隔层相互配合,通过对零件组建,实现无噪音干扰隔离开关模型设计。通过实验结果可知,该模型最高控制效率可达到96%,能够为电路检修提供安全保障。
In the past,the isolator used closed combination design method,which lacked part creation process,resulting in poor control effect of isolator. To solve this problem,a model design of isolator based on monocular augmented reality was proposed. The structure of disconnector components is analyzed. The project parameters are set by the project editor in the sub-components. All files are stored in a sub-directory. The disconnector files are named and the normal links of the whole set of files are maintained. Using monocular augmented reality technology,the noise generated in the process of part creation is filtered,and the parameterization of busbar clamp is analyzed. According to busbar clamp, the required parameters are modified by itself,and new data are added to complete the creation of new parts. Under the technology of monocular augmented reality,the logical nodes of the equipment are analyzed to make the switch controller and the spacer cooperate with each other. The model design of noise-free disconnector is realized by forming parts. The experimental results show that the maximum control efficiency of the model can reach 96%,which can provide security for circuit maintenance.
