For the problems existing in traditional PLC controller,a pneumatic excavator controller based on MCU IAP15W413S is designed. The composition,main functions,hardware and softwaredesign of the controller are introduced in detail. The controller has the advantages of simple hardware circuit,low cost and easy expansion,and can replace the traditional PLC controller.
