摘要
旋挖钻孔灌注桩作为一种安全快捷的基础施工方法被广泛应用于建筑工程基础施工中,与人工挖孔灌注桩相比,旋挖钻孔灌注桩具有工作效率高、成孔质量好、安全性高、可快速穿过各种复杂的地层及不受天气影响等优势;桩基础施工质量关系到建筑物的整体质量,由于隐蔽性强,给质量控制带来一定难度。桩基础作为建筑工程强制控制内容之一,是建筑工程质量控制的重要环节。因此,本文对旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工关键技术、质量控制措施进行了深入分析和研究,得到桩基施工控制的一些关键问题及处理方法,为以后的基础工程施工提供借鉴和参考。
Rotary drilled cast-in-place pile is widely used in foundation construction of construction engineering as a safe and fast method of foundation construction,compared with the manual digging castin- place pile,it has the advantages of high working efficiency,good quality of hole-forming,high safety, fast penetration through various complex strata,and not affected by weather,etc.;because the construction quality of pile foundation is related to the overall quality of the whole building,and has strong concealment,it brings some difficulties to the quality control. Pile foundation,as one of the compulsory control contents of construction engineering,is an important link in quality control of construction engineering. Based on years of construction management experience,the author makes a detailed analysis and research on construction technology and quality control measures of rotary drilling cast-in-place pile, summarizes some key problems of pile foundation construction control and their solutions,and provides reference for future construction of foundation engineering and reference.
