摘要
以某6层倾斜住宅楼为研究对象,通过对建筑物灰土垫层掏土迫降纠倾进行缩尺模型试验,分析垫层灰土配比、掏土孔径、孔间距等指标的变化对纠倾效果的影响,总结归纳塌孔破坏规律,得出灰土垫层掏土迫降纠倾的相关技术参数。根据试验结果,采用灰土垫层掏土、桩基加固及刚度软化法综合纠倾加固方案对倾斜建筑物进行迫降纠倾,经过100d,建筑物倾斜率由8.86‰回倾至1.8‰,满足规范及使用功能要求。
Taking a tilted six-story apartment building as the research object,the scale model test was carried out for the forced landing and rectification of the digging soil in cushion of the building. The effects of the changes in the proportion of lime soil,the diameter of cut soil and the hole spacing on the effects of rectifying were analyzed,and the failure rules of collapsing holes were summarized. So that the related technical parameters of forced settlement and rectification of excavated soil in lime soil cushion were obtained. According to the test results,the comprehensive settlement and reinforcement scheme of the pile foundation and stiffness softening method was adopted to carry out forced landing and rectification for the tilted building. After 100 days,the tilt rate of the buildings decreased from 8.86‰ to 1.8‰,which met the requirements of the code and the use function.
