摘要
产学合作先导工程(LINC)是韩国政府继区域创新型大学建设工程(NURI)后,为实现韩国地方大学与地方产业的共同发展而实施的一项重要工程。LINC工程采取扩大资助范围,增强产学合作多样化、特性化,提高产学合作持续性三大推进策略,注重技术革新型与现场实践型两类人才的培养,探索出了比较成型的产学合作先导模式,增强了地方大学的核心竞争力并促进地方经济发展。
Leaders In Industry-university Cooperation(LINC)is a momentous project implemented by the Korean Government following the New University for Regional Innovation project(NURI)in order to achieve the common development of local universities and local industries in South Korea. This project adopts three promotion strategies,expanding funding areas,enhancing the diversification and characterization of industry-university cooperation,and improving the of industry-university cooperation continuity. It focuses on the cultivation of technological innovation and field practice talents and formed a complete set of mode. This project has enhanced the core competitiveness of local universities and promoted local economic development.
