摘要
流行病学资料显示2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的阿尔兹海默症(AD)发病率较高,认为T2DM是AD发展的重要危险因素.AD和T2DM分别以脑淀粉样蛋白-β(Aβ)和胰岛淀粉样多肽(hIAPP)沉积为特征.淀粉样变蛋白在这两种疾病之间有着相互的作用.本文对现有的相关研究进行总结,旨在更好地了解AD和T2DM之间的相关性,从而为下一步的治疗提供一些参考.
With the extensive support of epidemiological data,the incidence of Alzheimer′s disease (AD) is high in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).T2DM is considered as a tangible risk factor for the pathogenesis of Alzheimer′s disease.AD and T2DM are characterized by the deposition of cerebral amyloid β protein (Aβ) and human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP),respectively.Amyloid proteins have interaction in these diseases.Now we summarize the existing relative research results to understand the relationship between AD and T2DM better,and to provide some clues for medical treatment.
