三醋酸纤维素酯用回收溶剂除水研究

摘要 本文采用深冷、添加萃取剂(蒸馏水)、添加干燥剂对车间回收溶剂进行除水研究,以新鲜配制溶剂含水量作为参考指标,采用卡尔费休法对溶剂含水量进行测试分析.对深冷、添加萃取剂蒸馏水、添加干燥剂三种除水方式进行对比优化,给出最经济有效的除水方案:先添加萃取剂-蒸馏水12%(vol%)对车间回收溶剂进行萃取分离,实现初步除水,再添加3%(wt%)无水碳酸钾进一步对回收溶剂除水,使回收溶剂含水量达到使用指标. In this paper;deep-cooling, adding extractant (distilled water), adding desiccant to remove water from the workshop recovery solvent, using freshly prepared solvent water content as a reference indicator;the Karl Fischer method was used to test the water content of the solvent. Three kinds of water removal methods, such as deep cooling, adding extractant distilled water and adding desiccant, are compared and optimized to give the most economical and effective water removal scheme: firstly add extractant-distilled water 12%(vol%) to extract and separate the solvent recovered in the workshop. To achieve initial water removal, add 3%(wt%) of anhydrous potassium carbonate to further remove water from the recovery solvent, so that the water content of the recovered solvent reaches the use index.
