口内扫描结合3D打印技术在单牙缺失种植修复中的临床效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价口内扫描结合3D打印技术进行单颗后牙种植修复的可行性,并比较其与传统修复方式的疗效差异。方法:将40名患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例。试验组采用CS3600^■口内扫描仪结合3D打印技术,制作修复体。对照组采用传统硅橡胶取模,灌注石膏模型,制作修复体。对每个修复体质量进行盲评,记录取模时间,试戴修复体时间,并要求患者在取模及初戴修复体时填写满意度问卷调查表。结果:在取模时间上,试验组患者平均为14.1±2.2min,对照组患者为17.4±1.5min(P<0.05);试验组患者平均试戴调磨时间为5.8±1.2min,对照组平均为10.7±1.5min(P<0.05);试验组修复体外形优于对照组(P<0.05),其余修复效果二者没有统计学差异;试验组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口内扫描结合3D打印技术进行单颗后牙种植修复的方法可行,其短期临床效果好,能减少医师椅旁操作时间,提高患者对种植修复的满意度,远期效果有待进一步观察。
