目的:探究PDCA对提高手外科患者活动功能的效果.方法:选取87例2016年12月~2017年12月间在我院接受治疗的手部疾病或损伤的患者,按照随机数表法,将其随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(43例).对照组采用常规管理措施对患者进行管理,观察组在常规管理的基础上采用PDCA管理方法对患者进行管理.管理3个月后,对两组患者日常生活中手部的灵敏度评分,手指关节的自由活动度评分和手部肌力评分进行分析,对两组患者在管理阶段出现的不良事件情况和对管理情况的满意度进行比较.结果:观察组患者在日常生活的手部灵敏度评分,管理后的手指关节的自由活动度评分和手部肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,观察组患者在管理阶段的不良事件发生率(9.09%)低于对照组(23.25%).观察组的满意率(93.18%)明显高于对照组(74.41%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义.结论:PDCA方法能够明显提高手外科患者的活动功能,提高手部的恢复速度,值得广泛推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA on improving the function of hand surgery patients. Methods 87 cases from December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital for treatment of hand disease or injury patients, according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (43 cases). The control group used the routine management measures to manage the patients. The observation group was managed by the PDCA management method on the basis of routine management.3 months later, the score of sensitivity of two groups of patients in the daily life of the hand, the free activity score and hand strength score of finger joint were analyzed, comparing two groups of patients with adverse events occur in the management stage and the management of satisfaction. Results The observation of hand sensitivity groups of patients in daily living scores, free activity score and hand muscle strength score after finger joints were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, the incidence rate of patients in the observation group in the management phase of adverse events (9.09%) than in the control group (23.25%). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (93.18%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.41%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The PDCA method can improve the function of the patients with hand surgery and improve the recovery speed of the patients.
