摘要
目的:探讨高血压伴抑郁症患者外周血干细胞因子(SCF)及其受体(ckit)表达水平的变化及其临床意义.方法:选取2016年1月~2016年8月在我院确诊的高血压伴有抑郁症患者60例(抑郁症组)、单纯高血压患者60例(高血压组)、健康人群60例(对照组),检测三组SCF、ckit、血清炎性细胞因子,并进行对比分析.结果:抑郁症组、高血压组的ET-1高于对照组,抑郁症组的IL-6、IL-2、IL-1β、TNF-α水平高于高血压组和对照组,高血压组的IL-6、IL-2、IL-1β、TNF-α水平高于对照组;抑郁症组、高血压组的SCF、ckit均高于对照组,高血压组的SCF、ckit水平高于抑郁症组;抑郁症组患者SCF、ckit均与患者血清ET-1、IL-6、IL-2、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均呈显著的正相关关系.结论:高血压伴抑郁症患者的肝细胞动员促进因子SCF、ckit水平较单纯高血压患者有所上升,这对患者血管内皮功能受损修复不利,高血压伴抑郁症患者SCF、ckit水平与患者的炎症程度反应有关.
Objective To investigate the hypertension and depression in patients with peripheral blood stem cell factor (SCF) and its receptor (ckit) expression and its clinical significance. Methods From January 2016 to August 2016 with hypertension and depression patients in our hospital diagnosed 60 cases (depression group), 60 patients with hypertension (hypertension group) and 60 healthy people (control group), three groups of SCF, ckit, detection of serum inflammatory cytokines, and comparative analysis. Results The depression group, hypertension group ET-1 is higher than the control group, higher than that in hypertension group depression group of IL-6, IL-2, IL-1, TNF- and beta alpha level of the control group, IL-6, IL-2, hypertensive group IL-1 beta, TNF- alpha level higher than that of the control group;depression group, hypertension group SCF ckit, were higher than the control group, hypertension group SCF and ckit were higher than that of depression group;positive correlation between depression group were SCF, ckit and serum ET-1, IL-6, IL-2, IL-1, TNF- alpha beta water average was significant .Conclusion Hypertensive patients with depression of liver cell mobilization promoting factor SCF and ckit levels than the pure hypertension patients decreased, the vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension and impaired repair bad inflammation in patients with depression, the level of ckit and SCF were related.
