摘要 健美操是一项融体操、音乐、舞蹈于一体的新兴体育锻炼项目。自20世纪80年代传入我国后,由于其健身性、娱乐性和时尚性等特点,深受广大群众的喜爱,在社会和学校纷纷掀起了学习热潮。通过对传统健美操“灌入式”教学模式的利弊分析,提出注重基本动作训练对健美操学习的重要意义,以及在教学过程中如何具体进行训练的方法,希望能与健美操教学者共同分享和展开探讨,从而有利于健美操教学效果的提高。 Calisthenics is a new sports training project integrating gymnastics, music and dance. Since it was introduced into China in the 1980s, because of its fitness, entertainment and fashion characteristics, it is deeply loved by the masses and has set off a learning craze in the society and schools. This article through to the pros and cons of traditional aerobics "with type" teaching mode analysis, emphasizes on the training of basic movements of the aerobics study put forward important meaning, and in the process of teaching how to specific training methods, hoping to share and discuss with aerobics teaching, which was beneficial to the improvement of the aerobics teaching effect.
