我国高等院校本科人权教育教学的审与思——以西南政法大学本科人权教学为分析蓝本 被引量:1

摘要 高校已经成为承担开展人权教育与培训的重要主体。在实际教学层面,结合学生反馈进行反思是推进当前高校本科人权教学改革的重要的视角和维度之一。作为教育部批准的国家级人权教育与培训基地之一,西南政法大学自2002年开始探索本科人权教学,经过多年实践在授课主体、授课对象、授课使用教材方面取得了一系列进展,但在课程开设数量、课程内容与教学方法等方面都折射出当前高校人权本科教学普遍存在的问题。在明确人权本科教学理念与目标的基础上,全面开设人权课程以实现人权教育的普及化、推行案例式和体验式等教学方法以丰富授课内容与形式、加强与国外高校交流以强化师资力量应是推进我国高校本科人权教学改革的主要路径。 Universities have already been an important institution to offer human rights training and education. The students’ reflect is one of the angles to reform undergraduate human rights courses. As one of the eight national human rights training and education bases, the Southwest University of Political Science and Law has explored human rights course since 2002 and has made achievements including the faculty, teaching objects and textbook. However, there are still problems, as the course quantities, contents and teaching methods. To reform human rights course, we should make the teaching ideas clear, have more course relevant to universal human rights education, push new teaching methods such as caseanalysis, experience-teaching to enrich the contents and models, and communicate more frequently with foreign universities to improve the faculty.
