摘要
为了解不同区域大气环境容量的具体差异性,给工业园区的发展规模优化和产业结构调整提供决策依据,在河北省东部沿海地区、中部平原地区和西部山区各选取了一个典型工业园区作为研究对象,以区域环境空气质量满足相应功能区要求为约束条件,采用calpuff模型进行模拟计算。结果表明,不同区域的大气环境容量差异性显著,随着大气排放源的升高,大气环境容量最高增大近两倍。常规污染物中NO2为环境容量的主要限制性因子。
In order to understand the differences of atmospheric environmental capacity in different regions,and provide decision-making basis for the development of industrial parks and adjustment of industrial structure,we selected a typical industrial park as the research object separately from the eastern coastal areas,the Central Plains area and the western mountains of Hebei Province,and simulated the calculation by using CALPUFF model with the constraints of the regional ambient air quality to meet the requirements of the respective functional areas. The results show that the atmospheric environmental capacity of different regions is significantly different.With the increase of atmospheric emission sources,the maximum atmospheric environmental capacity increases nearly twice. NO 2 is the main limiting factor of environmental capacity in conventional pollutants.
