摘要
体育教育教学专业在素质教育的今天占有重要的地位,在中小学体育教育教学中,体育教师的教学能力直接影响体育教学质量,而体育教师在很大程度上依赖于高校体育教育专业人才的培养。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对高校体育教育专业人才培养进行探讨分析,并进行其与中小学教师教学能力方面的差异分析,提出一些不足和建议,使体育教育事业能够蓬勃发展,也能够快速地融入中小学体育教学,优化体育教学模式,以期使体育专业人才发挥自己的专业优势。
Physical education and teaching specialty plays an important role in quality education today. In the physical education and teaching of primary and secondary schools, the teaching ability of physical education teachers directly af fects the qualit y of physical education, and physical education teachers depend on the cultivation of physical education professionals in colleges and universities to a large extent. This article through the literature material method,logic analysis and so on to discusses and analyzes the university sports education professional personnel training,and carry on with the primary and secondary school teachers teaching ability differences were analyzed, and puts forward some shortages and the suggestion, make sports education career to f lourish,can quickly into the middle and primary school sports teaching,optimize the physical education teaching mode, in order to make sports professionals play their own professional advantage.
