四川省成都市恒温游泳馆经营现状调查分析

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对成都市有代表性的蓝色理想恒温游泳馆、东山国际恒温游泳馆和上东会所恒温游泳馆3家游泳馆的基本情况、经营现状、人力资源等方面进行调查分析。调查成都市恒温游泳馆的经营管理模式与游泳消费者的需求,并针对其存在的不合理之处提出有效可行的建议和相应的对策。

This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, f ield investigation and so on, the basic situation, management status and human resources of the three representative blue ideal thermostatic swimming pools in Dongshan International constant temperature Natatorium and Shangdong Club constant temperature Natatorium are investigated ang analyzed. The management mode of constant temperature swimming pool in Longquanyi District and the need of swimming consumers are investigated emphatically, and some effective and feasible suggestions and corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the light of the irrationality between them.
