“微”时代农民工政治参与问题探析

On the Political Participation of Migrant Workers in the Micro-era

微时代不仅改变了农民工获取信息、传播信息和交流信息的方式,也改变了农民工的思维方式和行为方式。农民工在“细小”和“点拨”之间感受着外部世界的同时也被渐渐“微”化。微时代的到来,对农民工的政治参与产生了重要影响,有鉴于此,应切实推进农民工政治参与质量,进而推动农民工的权益保障和城镇化建设。相较而言,微时代农民工群体的意愿、农民工的“微”参与能力、农民工“扩容参与”的晕轮效应等问题是影响农民工政治参与质量的关键因素。面向未来,要提升农民工的政治参与质量,国家应重点在提升微空间综合治理能力、提升农民工政治参与能力、注重提升政治参与个案的实效性等方面施策。

The micro-era has not only changed the way migrant workers obtain information, disseminate information and exchange information, but also changed the way of thinking and behavior of migrant workers. Migrant workers feel the external world between “small” and “ordered” and are gradually “micro” at the same time. The arrival of micro-era has had an important impact on the political participation of migrant workers. In view of this, the positive factors should be discussed in depth, and the quality of political participation of migrant workers should be effectively promoted, which will benefit the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers and the construction of urbanization. Comparatively speaking, the willingness of migrant workers, their “micro” participation ability and the halo effect of “expanding participation” are the key factors affecting the quality of migrant workers’political participation in the micro-era. Facing the future, in order to improve the quality of peasant workers’political participation, the state should focus on improving the ability of micro-space comprehensive governance, enhancing the ability of peasant workers’ political participation, and improving the effectiveness of political participation cases.
