摘要
针对传统轮轨力测量电路采用固定放大倍率以及有线传输存在适应环境能力弱、灵活性差和布线困难等问题,以FPGA为主控,以ZigBee为无线传输方式,设计了增益可配置的无线轮轨力测量电路方案。并对可配置增益放大电路、AD采集电路以及无线通信电路进行了详细设计。电路的实现为轮轨力的精确测量以及脱轨机理研究提供了基本保障。
To solve the problems of traditional wheel-rail force measurement circuits such as fixed amplification ratio, weak adaptability to environment, poor flexibility and difficult wiring, a new gain configurable and wireless scheme for wheel-rail force measurement circuits is designed in this paper, which uses FPGA as the main controller and ZigBee as the wireless transmission module. Moreover, the configurable gain amplifier circuit, AD conversion circuit and wireless communication circuit are designed in detail. The realization of these circuits provides a basic guarantee for the accurate measurement of wheel-rail force and the studying of derailment mechanism.
