“互联网+”视域下黑龙江体育小镇发展路径研究

2019年政府工作报告指出,我国将加快在各行业和领域中推进“互联网+”,以促进新兴产业加快发展,同时壮大数字经济。本研究旨在将“互联网+”和体育小镇相结合,在掌握黑龙江体育旅游产业现状基础上,借助国外体育小镇的成功经验,以“互联网+”时代为“天时”,以黑龙江省天然的冰雪体育资源优势和产业基础为“地利”,以国家相继出台的发展体育旅游产业以及打造特色小镇政策文件为“人和”,探索黑龙江体育小镇发展路径,以期实现推动体育旅游产业转型升级,创造黑龙江新经济增长点的终极目标。

According to the 2019 government work report, China will accelerate the promotion of "internet plus"in various industries and f ields to accelerate the development of emerging industries and the digital economy. This study aims to combine the "internet plus" and the "sports town", and on the basis of mastering the current situation of Heilong jiang sports tourism industry, to explore the development path of sports towns, which combines "Internet plus", natural ice and snow sports resources, industrial base, and the policy documents on developing sports tourism industry. The goal is to promote the transformation and upgrading of the sports tourism industry, and create new economic growth points in Heilong jiang.
