摘要
研究针对衡阳师范学院体育教育专业“校校合作”的双方教师和实习生作为研究的对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等对体育教育专业“校校合作”的开展现状进行调查与分析,主要从双方学校的合作目标、合作内容、合作形式、合作成效4个方面以及合作中出现的问题展开调查,并针对调查结果进行分析,为“校校合作”中双方学校联合培养人才以及如何更好实现共赢提出更加可行性、实效性的建议或对策,从而促进双方学校体育教育事业的发展。
In this paper, we mainly take part in the study of the two teachers and trainee student of education professional "school cooperation" in Heng yang normal university.Through the use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis, this paper explores and analyzes the development of education professional "school cooperation".It mainly investigates the cooperation objectives, cooperation contents, forms of cooperation, cooperation results a nd problems a rising from the cooperation between the two schools, his paper studies the cooperation form, content and effect of "school cooperation".In view of the investigation analysis results, and for both sides in cooperation "round" off icer school joint training talents and how to better achieve win-win feasibility, ef fectiveness of suggestions or countermeasures were put for ward, so as to promote the development of school education.
