基于三融合的新能源汽车技术专业人才培养模式的研究

随着我国新能源汽车产业的发展,新能源汽车技术专业人才需求不断增加,建立与之适应的人才培养体系显得十分必要。该文在分析新能源汽车产业的人才需求特点的基础上,提出了高等职业教育的新能源汽车技术专业的“三融合”人才培养模式,并指出校企合作平台搭建、学分银行建设和信息化能力建设是实现“三融合”人才培养模式的有效途径和重要手段。

It’s necessary to establish a suitable personnel training system because the demand of new energy vehicle technology professionals is increasing with the development of new energy vehicle industry in China. Based on the analysis of the talent demand characteristics of new energy automobile industry,this paper puts forward the "threefusion" talents training mode of new energy automobile technology major in higher vocational education, and points out that the effective ways and important means to realize the "three-fusion" t alents cultivation mode by the schoolenterprise cooperation platform, credit bank construction and informatization ability construction.
