女式翻缝工艺套包鞋的设计与制作

使用翻缝工艺制作的女式套包鞋与传统工艺制作的套包鞋相比,使用绿色环保材料,节省胶水量达90%,帮底的牢固度是传统工艺的3倍。本文结合套包鞋的设计理念与人脚部的生理功能,从鞋楦、帮样、选材、帮底部件、制作工艺等几个方面着手,对女式翻缝工艺套包鞋的设计与制作进行了认真的研究。

Compared with the traditional overalls, the overalls made by turning stitching process can save up to 90% glue by using green environmental protection materials, and the firmness of the soles is three times that of the traditional ones. Based on the design concept of overalls and the physiological function of human feet, the design and manufacture of overalls with women’s turning stitching technology are studied in this paper from the aspects of last, sample, material selection, underalls and manufacturing technology.
