前列腺多形性巨细胞型腺癌一例 被引量：1

摘要 前列腺多形性巨细胞型腺癌是一种非常罕见的变异型前列腺腺癌,该文报道1例68岁男性患者,其前列腺内见一大小5 cm×4 cm×3 cm的不规则形肿块.镜下观察显示肿瘤细胞呈弥漫片状排列,主要由大小不等的圆形、多边形细胞组成,异型性明显,可见大量奇异型巨细胞、多核瘤巨细胞,仅局部见少量普通型前列腺腺癌成分.该例多形性巨细胞成分比例达90%,诊断具有挑战性,广泛取材及运用恰当的免疫组织化学套餐对其诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要作用.
