晚清中国内忧外患,出身寒素的左宗棠却能在强国御侮方面取得非凡业绩,探究其成功因素,自然少不了良好的家庭教育和名师的培养、指导。从启蒙之师、经世之师、事业之师三个方面浅谈影响左宗棠一生的诸多师长,进而说明经世致用思想对左宗棠一生的重要影响。

Zuo Zongtang,who was born in China in the late Qing Dynasty,was able to achieve extraordinary performance under the environment of domestic strife and foreign aggression. His success cannot dispense with good family education and the cultivation and guidance of great teachers. From the aspects of great teachers′ enlightenment,the paper explores some great teachers who influenced Zuo Zongtang′s life,and then explains the important influence of the thought of humanistic pragmatism on Zuo Zongtang′s life.
