高校“双一流”建设与学术期刊融合发展研究

On Integrative Development of "Double First-Class" Initiative and Academic Journals of Colleges and Universities

新时代为高校“双一流”建设与“一流期刊”培育提供了机遇,基于融合发展思路,从理念意识、办刊模式、学术话语权、编辑专业人才培养等方面存在的问题进行深入分析,探究高校学术期刊在发展过程中面临的困境。在此基础上,提出以引领学科发展、培育新兴学科作为“双一流”建设与“一流期刊”建设融合的内核,完善人才培养机制作为两者融合的根基,创新学科服务理念、服务内容与模式、服务管理体制作为两者融合的平台,实现我国高等教育强国的伟大目标。高校学术期刊要以“双一流”建设为契机,以创建一流学术期刊为己任,在助力高校“双一流”建设目标实现的同时实现自身跨越式发展。

The new era has provided an opportunity for the "double first-class" initiative and the cultivation of "first-class journals" of colleges and universities. This paper has expounded the realistic background of the integration development of the "double first-class" initiative and the cultivation of "first-class journals". Based on the idea of integrated development of them,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the aspects of concept consciousness,journals running mode,academic voice,and the cultivation of editing professionals,and explores the difficulties faced by the development process of academic journals in colleges and universities. On this basis,this paper has put forward to lead the development of disciplines,and cultivate emerging disciplines as kernel of integration of the "double first-class" initiative and the cultivation of "first-class journals",to improve the talents cultivating mechanism as the foundation of the integration,and innovate service concept,service contents and modes,service system as the platform of the integration,in order to realize the great goal of China′s higher education. Academic journals of colleges and universities should take the opportunity of "double first-class" initiative to create first-class academic journals,and finally realize their leap-forward development while facilitating the realization of the goal of "double first-class" initiative of colleges and universities.
