摘要
《吕氏春秋》所涵盖的思想领域非常广大,其中就有对用人问题的论述,具体包括重视人才,以礼待贤、礼贤下士,给人才以优厚的待遇,用人之长、不求全责备,任人唯贤、公正无私,用人不疑、放手使用等用人之道。这些用人思想的产生,究其原因既离不开当时社会大变革的影响,又是对诸子思想的继承和发展,同时也得益于秦长期开放的用人传统。《吕氏春秋》所阐述的用人之道对后世产生了深远的影响,对于今天更好地选人、用人仍有着积极的借鉴价值。
Lü's Commentaries of History covers a wide range of areas of thought, of which there are enumerations on how to employ talents, including the emphasis on talents, treating the talented with courtesy, respecting the talented, and offering generous treatment to the talented, employing the strengths of the talented, not seeking perfection from the talented, meritocracy, impartiality, not showing suspicion to the appointed talents, and letting go of their employment. The reasons for the emergence and study of these employment ideas are inseparable from the great social changes and the inheritance and development of the thoughts of the elites. At the same time, they also benefit from the long-term open employment tradition of the Qin Dynasty. The road to employment elaborated by Lii's Commentaries of History has had a profound impact on later generations and still has a positive referential value for us to choose and employ people today.
