The reasons for the emergence and study of these employment ideas are inseparable from the great social changes and the inheritance and development of the thoughts of the elites. At the same time, they also benefit from the long-term open employment tradition of the Qin Dynasty. The road to employment elaborated by Lii's Commentaries of History has had a profound impact on later generations and still has a positive referential value for us to choose and employ people today.
