Analysis of the Room Air-conditioner Standards System in the Year of Standards System Construction

本文从微观层面视角,以房间空调为对象,以国家标准、行业标准和地方标准为研究领域,应用国家标准文献共享服务平台的标准信息,系统梳理了房间空调的标准工作研制进程及标准体系架构,深入分析了房间空调标准体系形成的市场性、整体性、广泛性等特点及存在的主要问题,研究提出优化维护房间空调标准体系的建议。由于家用电器标准体系的形成、特点和存在问题具有普遍性,本文可为其他消费类产品标准体系的改进优化提供借鉴和参考。

From the microscopic perspective, this paper takes room air-conditioner as the object, national standards, industry standards and local standards as the research fields, uses the standards information of National Standard Literature Sharing Infrastructure, systematically untangles the standards development process and standards system architecture of room air-conditioner, analyzes the marketability, integrality, extensive and other distinctive characteristics and main problems of standards system formation, putting forward suggestions on optimizing and maintaining standards system. As the development process, features and existing problems in the standards system for household appliances are universal, this paper can provide reference for the improvement and optimization of the standards system for other consumer products.
