北京市村镇供水服务标准内容要求初探

Preliminary Analysis of Rural Drinking Water Supply Service Standard Requirements

供水服务是村镇居民应享有的一项基础性公共服务,关系着村镇居民切身利益。从北京市村镇供水现状和发展水平餉实际情况出发,在对村镇供水相关法律规章、标准、政策性文件、全国各省供水条例/管理办法等调研分析的基础上,本文初步界定了村镇供水服务的内涵,提出了村镇供水工程分类,设置了村镇供水服务标准化对象及提出了服务质量评价指标选取的建议,为北京市村镇供水服务标准编制提供技术参考。

Water supply service is the basic public service for the residents of villages and towns. Based on the analysis of the present situation of rural water supply in Beijing, and the relevant laws and regulations, standards, policy documents, national provincial water supply regulations/measures, the paper puts forward the preliminary definition of rural water supply service, the classification of rural water supply projects, the standardization objects of rural water supply service, and the index selection of service quality evaluation, which can be technical reference for drafting rural water supply service standards in Beying.
