我国商品比较试验的发展现状及对策研究

摘要 商品比较试验是消费者获知商品和服务信息的有效途径,也是推动质量提升,服务于社会经济稳定、可持续发展的重要机制之一,具有多方面的社会价值。受多方面因素影响,我国商品比较试验与欧美等发达国家相比起步较晚,社会效益和资源利用率不高,发展还不成熟。本文对国内外商品比较试验的发展历程与差异做了详细分析,结合我国实目前存在的情况,提出加强商品比较试验工作,利用各领域专家资源提高公信力,完善法律法规,建立标准创建修订沟通的渠道,创建统一传播平台,扩大社会影响力等建议。 Comparative testing of consumer products and related services is an effective way for consumers to get information about commodities and services, and is one of the important mechanisms to promote quality improvement, serve social economic stability and sustainable development with multiple social values. Affected by many factors, compared with developed countries such as Europe and America, China's comparative testing of consumer products and related services started late with low social efficiency and resource utilization and immature development. This paper analyzes the development process and differences of domestic and foreign comparative testing of consumer products and related services in detail, puts forward some suggestions combined with the current situation in China, such as strengthening comparative testing of consumer products and related services, using expert resources in each area to increase credibility, improving laws and regulations, establishing communication channels of standards development and revision, creating a unified communication platform as well as expanding social influence.
