摘要 针对相控阵雷达天线阵面设计过程不精细、数据追溯困难、需求分析不充分等问题,运用系统工程和六西格玛设计方法,开展相控阵雷达天线阵面的设计流程的优化,精细化地展开设计活动,建立模板表单,优化设计过程和设计规范,并在相控阵雷达天线阵面的研制中完成流程验证,提升了设计质量和降低研制风险。 Aiming at the problems of design process of phased array radar antenna array that procedure inaccurate, data tracing difficult and demand analysis insufficient, the systems engineering(SE) and design for six Sigma(DFSS) are used to optimize the design flow of phased array radar antenna array. The design activities are refined, the template form is established, the design process and design specifications are optimized, and the process verification is completed in the development of phased array radar antenna array, which improved the design quality and reduced the development risk.
