摘要
目的了解郑州市基层预防接种单位建设发展情况。方法采用t检验、χ^2检验等方法比较2010年和2017年郑州市预防接种门诊的数量、级别、主要冷链设备、信息化建设。结果 2010年和2017年示范预防接种门诊比例差异有统计学意义(χ^2=40.433,P=0.001)。2017年城区与非城区低温冰箱的数量差异有统计学意义(t=2.250,P=0.042),平均每个预防接种门诊接种台小冰箱从0增加到1.93台。2017年城区和非城区平均每个预防接种门诊疫苗电子订单系统的配备有统计学意义(t=22.500,P=0.013)。结论郑州市预防接种门诊综合服务能力提升,疫苗全程冷链得到实现,信息化建设取得长足进步。
Objective This was aimed to compare the construction of vaccination clinics in Zhengzhou in 2010 and2017, and understand the construction and development of vaccination units. Methods The number, level, main coldchain equipment and information facilities of Zhengzhou’s vaccination clinics in 2010 and 2017 were compared by means of t test and χ^2 test. Results The difference in the ratio of the demonstration vaccination clinic was statistically significant(χ^2=40.433,P=0.001).In 2017, the number of low-temperature refrigerators in urban and non-urban areas was statistically significant(t=2.250,P=0.042), and The number of small refrigerators in inoculation stations increased from 0 to an average of 1.93 per vaccination clinic. In 2017, the provision of the electronic ordering system for each vaccination outpatient service in urban and non-urban areas was statistically significant(t=22.500,P=0.013). Conclusions Compared with 2010, the comprehensive service capacity of Zhengzhou vaccination clinic has been improved, the cold chain of vaccines has been realized, and the information construction has made great progress.
