某老年大学学员轻度认知功能障碍的患病率调查

Investigation on the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in elderly college

目的调查郸城县中医院老年大学学员轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的患病率及相关因素。方法采用一般情况调查表和简易精神状态评价(MMSE)量表,于2017年7月至9月对郸城县中医院老年大学60岁以上学员进行调查,分析MCI的患病率及相关因素的影响。调查前抽调郸城县中医院相关科室的医护人员进行培训学习,做好调查前的宣传及预调查。结果调查对象中,MCI的罹患率50.00%(235/470)。单因素分析,不同性别、年龄、文化程度及有无饮酒史者MCI的患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析,年龄及文化程度是影响MCI患病因素。结论郸城县中医院的医护人员,今后加强对MCI的筛查,积极对老年大学的学员进行健康教育,以利于老年大学学员有效认识MCI的发生及预防MCI向老年痴呆的发展。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and related factors of mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in elderly college of Dancheng county hospital of TCM. Methods The prevalence of MCI and the influence of related factors were analyzed by the general situation questionnaire and simple mental state evaluation(MMSE) scale among the students over 60 years old in elderly college of Dancheng county hospital of TCM from July to September, 2017. Before the investigation, medical staff from relevant departments of Dancheng county hospital of TCM were selected for training and learning, and publicity and pre-investigation were done before the investigation. Results The incidence of MCI was50.00 %(235 cases) among 470 respondents. Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differences in the prevalence of MCI among different genders, ages, educational levels and people with or without drinking history(P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age and education level were the factors influencing the incidence of MCI. Conclusions The medical staff of Dancheng county hospital of TCM should strengthen the screening of MCI in the future and actively carry out health education for the elderly college students, so as to help the elderly college students effectively understand the occurrence of MCI and prevent the development of MCI to senile dementia.
