摘要
目的了解医学专业学位硕士培养状况和存在的问题,为提高医学专业型硕士的培养质量提供参考依据。方法以河南某大学2016届和2018届的医学专业型硕士为研究对象,进行匿名问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 2018届医学专业型硕士在课程设置合理满意度、三年制/两年制学习时间松紧情况的评价、第一作者发表中文核心/SCI文章和其他类型文章方面均优于2016届;在硕士毕业后的计划方面,与2016届相比,2018届医学专业型硕士更愿意继续攻读博士;2016届和2018届医学专业学位硕士自主选择学位类型与所在学位类型一致性分别为42.0%和39.0%。结论 2018届医学专业型硕士的培养质量高于2016届,自主选择学位类型与所在学位类型的一致性低于2016届。
Objective To explore the cultivation situation and existing problems of professional master’s degree graduate students, and to provide reference for improving the cultivation quality of the professional master’s degree graduates.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among professional postgraduate students in the class of2016 and 2018 from the medical college of a university in Henan province, and the survey results were statistically analyzed. Results The class of 2018 medical professional master’s students were superior to the class of 2016 in terms of the satisfaction degree of course setting, the evaluation of three-year/two-year learning time and the first author published in Chinese core/SCI journal and other types of articles. The class of 2018 professional master’s degree graduates were higher than the class of 2016 in the willingness of study for PHD after graduation. In addition, the consistency between self-choice degree type and current type of the 2016 and 2018 professional master’s degree graduates were42.0% and 39.0 %, respectively. Conclusions The cultivation quality of the professional master’s degree graduates in the class of 2018 are superior to that in the class of 2016, and the consistency between self-choice degree type and current type is lower than that of the class of 2016.
