Analysis on the cause of death in Pingdingshan in 2016

摘要 目的科学评价平顶山市居民健康水平和影响死亡的因素,为政府制定政策提供依据。方法运用Excel 2007和SPSS 18.0软件对疾病监测系统中2016年的死因监测数据进行整理和分析。结果 2016年平顶山市共报告死亡病例23 214例,报告粗死亡率578.37/10万,其中男性死亡13 883例(664.49/10万),女性死亡9 331例(484.87/10万),男性死亡率为女性的1.37倍;死因顺位前五位的疾病依次为:心脏病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤及中毒,构成比分别为:27.19%、25.45%、23.53%、7.28%及7.15%,占全部死亡人数的91.50%;5岁以下儿童死亡主要由传染病、母婴疾病和营养缺乏性疾病所致所致,5~岁组和15~岁组人群死亡主要以伤害为主,45岁以上人群死亡则以慢性病为主,且年龄越高,慢性病死亡所占比重越大。结论慢性非传染性疾病已成为平顶山市居民的主要死亡原因,建议建立政府主导,多部门协作、动员社会、全民参与的慢性病综合防控体系,从而降低人群慢性病发病率和死亡率,提高居民健康水平。 Objective Scientific evaluation of the health status of Pingdingshan residents and the factors that affect death, so as to provide basis for making the health policy. Methods Using Excel 2007 and SPSS 18.0 software to sort out and analyze the 2016 death cause monitoring data. Results A total of 23 214 cases of deaths were reported in Pingdingshan in 2016. The crude mortality rate was 578.37/105, of which 13 883 were male deaths(664.49/105) and 9331 deaths were female(484.87/105). Male mortality was 1.37 times that of women. The top five causes of death were:heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumor, respiratory disease, injury and poisoning. The compositional ratios respectively were: 27.19 %, 25.45 %, 23.53 %, 7.28 %, and 7.15 %, accounted for 91.50 % of all deaths.Chronic diseases were the most death cause in all causes, by 90 %. Deaths of children under 5 years of age were mainly caused by infectious diseases, deaths in the 5-15 years old groups were mainly caused by injuries, the deaths of people over the age of 45 are dominated by chronic diseases, and the higher the age, the greater the proportion of deaths due to chronic diseases. Conclusions Chronic diseases have become the main cause of death for the residents of our city. Therefore, it should form a comprehensive prevention and control system for chronic diseases, which involves government-led, multi-sectoral collaboration, mobilization of society, and the participation of all citizens, will reduce the incidence and mortality of chronic diseases in the population, improve the health of residents.
