目的通过医院感染风险评估,有效识别风险大小,明确工作重点,精准制定防控措施,降低医院感染风险。方法运用半定量风险评估方法,对医院感染风险严重程度(S)、风险可能性(P)、风险可测性(D)赋予分值,根据三者相乘得出分值进行高、中、低风险度的确定。结果通过医院感染风险评估,及时发现医院感染的高风险项目,制定措施,追踪评价评估,改进效果较好。结论风险评估是抓医院感染关键风险事件和薄弱环节的重要手段,是合理设定优先干预次序并制定科学精准防控措施的重要方法,能够在预防医院感染管理中发挥重要的作用。

Objective Through hospital infection risk assessment, effectively identify the size of the risk, clarify the focus of work, accurately develop prevention and control measures, and reduce the risk of hospital infection. Methods Using semi-quantitative risk assessment methods, assign scores to hospital infection risk severity(S), risk probability(P),and risk measurability(D), according to the multiplication of the three score is determined to determine the high, medium and low risk. Results Through hospital infection risk assessment, timely discovery of high-risk projects for nosocomial infections, development of measures, tracking evaluation and evaluation, and improved results. Conclusions Risk assessment is an important means to grasp the key risk events and weak links of hospital infection. It is an important method to reasonably set priority intervention order and formulate scientific and precise prevention and control measures, and can play an important role in preventing hospital infection management.
