老有所“养”：黑龙江省医养结合养老服务发展问题研究

Old People Have a Sense of Support: A Study on the Development Problems of Medical and Nursing Services in Heilongjiang Province

随着我国人口老龄化日趋增强,老年人日常生活越来越受到社会大众关注。黑龙江省连续多年位列全国人口自然负增长省份,形势十分严峻。近年来,黑龙江省为完善基本养老服务体系,满足长者养老健康需求,积极响应国家号召,开展医养结合养老服务。由于目前尚处于初始发展阶段,实际操作过程中存在诸多现实困境。本文通过梳理黑龙江省养老基本情况,探析新时代医养结合养老服务瓶颈,结合社会实际,提出具有较强针对性、时效性与可行性的对策建议,推动黑龙江省医养结合有机发展,促进以医养结合为养老服务的发展新模式在龙江沃土优化推进。

As China's aging population intensifies day by day,the daily life of the elderly has attracted more and more public attention.Heilongjiang Province has been listed as a province with negative natural population growth for many years in a row,and the situation is very grim.Through combing the basic situation of the old-age care in Heilongjiang province,this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the old-age care service in Heilongjiang province in the new era of combination of medical care and support,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions with strong pertinence,timeliness and feasibility,so as to promote the organic development of the combination of medical care and support in Heilongjiang province and promote the optimization of the new development mode of combination of medical care and support for the old-age care service in Heilongjiang.
