摘要 介绍了长距离磁致伸缩超声导波检测埋地管道的具体方法和实践案例,概述了埋地长输管道磁致伸缩超声导波检测结果的处理方法.通过半解析有限元法(SAFE)分析磁致伸缩导波在埋地管道输送介质中的频散问题,可以借助传播方向上的简谐波来表示,通过网格划分实现其具体操作,该方法比有限元法具有更快的计算速度.埋地评估检测能够全面覆盖管道并实现内外缺陷同时检测和评判,使用者能及时掌握埋地管道的使用状况. The specific method and practical case of long-distance magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave detection for buried pipelines were introduced. The processing of the detection results of magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave for buried long-distance pipelines was summarized. The semi-analytical finite element method (SAFE) was used to analyze the dispersion problem of magnetostrictive guided waves in buried pipeline transport media. It could be represented by simple harmonics in the propagation direction, and its specific operation was realized by mesh division. The method had a faster calculation speed than the finite element method. The buried pipeline inspection could cover the pipeline comprehensively and could simultaneously detect and judge the internal and external defects, and the user could grasp the use condition of the buried pipeline in time.
