Preliminary Analysis on Design Optimization of Alkylation Unit

摘要 对某企业烷基化装置的相关环节进行了分析,探讨了其节能优化的可能性,并提出了相关优化方案.该方案总计可为企业节省投资约1200余万元/年,提高了企业的经济效益,也为后续运行生产安全提供了可靠保障. The related links of an enterprise's alkylation unit were analyzed, and the possibil让y of energy. saving optimization was discussed, and related optimization schemes were proposed. The scheme could save about 12 million yuan of investment annually, improve the economic benefits of enterprises, and provide reliable guarantee for subsequent operation and production.
